Established in 2000, Ranbo Stones is an ISO-certified stone processing and exporting company, founded by professionals with expertise in engineering and management. We specialize in delivering projects that span the full spectrum—from initial estimation to final execution. Our approach includes interpreting engineering drawings, understanding material specifications, and providing expert recommendations on suitable materials. We handle every phase, including material testing, sourcing, production, and dispatch.

Material Sourcing and Quality Control

We source raw materials from our own quarries as well as from trusted suppliers, ensuring strict adherence to client requirements in terms of both quality and timely delivery. Our team of experienced inspectors ensures that only the finest blocks are selected for further processing, while maintaining rigorous quality standards at every stage.

Our Technology

Advanced Processing Techniques

Once selected, raw blocks are transported to our factory and processed using state-of-the-art block dressing machines, minimizing cutting losses. High-speed, multi-blade cutting machines are then employed to achieve uniform thickness with fast production times.

After cutting, slabs undergo grinding and are treated on an automatic epoxy line to ensure a flawless finish. Depending on client needs, slabs can be polished to a variety of finishes—Mirror Polish, Honed, Leather, Bush Hammered, Flamed, or Shot Blast.

Precision Cutting and Packaging

Final slabs are precision-cut to specified dimensions using computer-controlled automatic edge cutting machines, ensuring strict adherence to dimensional tolerances. After a final visual inspection, the pieces are carefully packed in seaworthy wooden boxes and shipped to their destination with the utmost care.
